Our Story
The story of Inred Pro begins with Marco and Sandy.
Marco and Sandy are two people from different cultures — Mexico and Peru — whose paths crossed in Colorado.

In 2013, Marco was working as a sous chef at Maya, a restaurant located inside the Westin Hotel in Avon, Colorado, in the Vail Valley.
Sandy had recently arrived in the United States from Peru and, during her first months in the country, also began working as a cook at Maya, while learning English and adjusting to a new life.

It was while working together in that kitchen that Marco and Sandy met.
At first, what brought them closer was admiration.
Sandy admired Marco’s discipline, his ability to lead under pressure, and the way he could find solutions quickly and confidently.

Marco, in turn, admired Sandy’s creativity, determination, and vision, as well as her ability to adapt, learn, and keep moving forward in a country that was completely new to her. Over time, that admiration became trust, companionship, and eventually love.

And as their relationship grew, they began to discover something else: their professional skills complemented each other naturally.
Marco already combined the discipline and leadership of a professional kitchen with experience in carpentry and construction.

Sandy, meanwhile, brought with her from Peru experience in interior design, remodeling, planning, and project coordination.
Marco knew how to build it. Sandy could envision what it could become.
And that is how Inred Pro was born

Years later, they decided to bring their experience together and create a company where design and construction could work as one team.
In 2019, Inred Pro was officially established in Colorado.
Marco brings his experience in carpentry, construction, coordination, and field execution.

Sandy brings design, planning, material selection, organization, and client communication. Together, they combine two cultures, two professional paths, and one shared vision.

For Marco and Sandy, remodeling is about more than changing cabinets, flooring, or finishes. It is about understanding how each family lives and creating spaces that are more functional, comfortable, and personal.
