How We Work
Our goal is to make every renovation organized, transparent, and predictable. The following steps outline how we guide each project from concept to completion.

OUR PROCESS
1. Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. We meet with the homeowner to understand their vision, needs, lifestyle, and goals for the space. During this stage, we evaluate the existing layout, discuss possibilities, and determine the best direction for the project.
2. Design & Planning
Once the project direction is clear, we move into the design and planning phase. Sandy leads the design process, helping clients define the layout, materials, finishes, and overall style. This stage allows homeowners to clearly visualize the project before construction begins and make informed decisions about their selections.
3. Material Selection & Ordering
After the design is approved by the client, we proceed with ordering all the necessary materials and accessories required for the project. Proper planning during this stage ensures that all components are coordinated and ready before construction begins.
4. Material Inspection & Project Preparation
Once the materials arrive, we carefully inspect each item to verify that everything has been delivered correctly. If any product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we immediately arrange for a replacement or return.
We do not begin construction until the main project materials are ready. This preparation helps prevent delays and ensures a smoother construction process.
5. Project Scheduling
After all primary materials have arrived and passed inspection, we provide the homeowner with a confirmed project start date. At this stage, we also provide an estimated project timeline and an approximate completion date.
While construction timelines can vary depending on the scope of work, we typically provide a completion window with a margin of approximately 3–5 days to account for normal construction variables.
6. Construction & Execution
With materials confirmed and the project schedule established, construction begins. Marco oversees the technical execution and coordination on-site, ensuring every step is completed with precision and craftsmanship. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication with the homeowner and provide progress updates.
7. Final Walkthrough
Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with the client to review every detail of the finished space. Our goal is to ensure that the project meets both functional needs and aesthetic expectations.
