Our story

Inred Pro Remodeling was founded in Denver, Colorado, United States, by husband and wife Marco Molina and Sandy Jazmin.

Marco Molina is a professional carpenter with extensive hands-on experience in construction and technical work. Sandy Jazmin is an interior designer and project management specialist who began her career in Peru, where she led residential and commercial projects starting in 2010.

Their story began in 2013 in Avon, Colorado, while working at the Westin Hotel restaurant in the Vail Valley. At the time, Marco was working as a sous chef, while Sandy had recently arrived in the United States and was working in the kitchen as a cook.

Working together allowed them to get to know each other beyond the fast-paced restaurant environment. What started as a workplace connection soon developed into a strong friendship. Over time, they discovered they shared many interests, including a natural appreciation for art, construction, creativity, and building things with both hands and ideas.

As their friendship grew, so did their relationship. After deciding to build their life together, they moved to Denver, Colorado.

It was there that Sandy felt the desire to return to her original profession in interior design — a field she had previously developed in her home country. Marco’s background in carpentry and construction naturally aligned with that vision.

By combining Sandy’s experience in design, planning, and project coordination with Marco’s hands-on construction expertise, they decided to establish their own company.

Inred Pro Remodeling was created from that shared vision — a company dedicated to thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and well-executed renovations.

Today, the company continues to grow as a family-owned business committed to delivering spaces that are both functional and beautifully designed.
